“How do I check in with you?”

Check ins are done either through a video call (zoom) or normal telephone call based on clients preference

“How do payments work?”

Payments are processed through a highly securitized online payment method known as PAYPAL

“What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise included in the workout?”

Each workout has a video demonstration on the training software provided but still after demonstration if it is still difficult to perform, then the said workout can be replaced on the clients demand.

“Do I need to be a member of a gym?”

As your coach, I provide solutions and suggestions based on your real life situations, if your preference is GYM, then we design workouts suitable for Gym, if it is at home, we design workouts for at home, if on the road, traveling, we design workouts that adapt to your needs.

“Do I need to purchase any equipment?”

If your preference is to do your workouts at home, then we will have a chat and come up with some few equipment to buy for your home workouts, we will advise you on what is necessary for your progress

“Do I need to download any software?”

Yes, the program is delivered through a software called PT DISTINCTION, it has everything from our communications, in app messaging, photos, documents and what we need for your success.

“How strict does my diet need to be?”

We coach you to have a better relationship with your food, to enjoy the process of your lifestyle change and to make it sustainable, we don’t advice you to stop eating those foods you enjoy, we coach you to eat and enjoy them without compromising your goals

“Can I still drink alcohol on your program?”

Drinking alcohol in a moderate and responsible way is not going to prevent you from reaching your goals, ” But it will definitely slow down progress” Just do it in a way that your goals are not compromised. There are ways in which we can always counter, control or reduce the effects of alcohol in the program in such a way that it will not prevent you from reaching your goals if done correctly.

‘Is there any refund?’

There is no refund once the purchase have been made but the client can put their plan/program on hold with a written notice. The plan purchased can be transferred to another person of the clients choice. The person the plan is being transferred to will have to get to a call with the coach so that the plan can be readjusted according to their needs

“Is there a cancellation policy?”

WE request at least 3 months commitment from our clients because it’s only after this time that real change can start manifesting, any cancelation should be done 2 weeks in advance
