Before talking of CORONAVIRUS: how to handle your gym and workout during coronavirus outbreak, I will like to share a few facts about the disease.
Corona virus symptoms
A. Means of transmission. While animals are the original source of the virus, it is now spreading from person to person (human-to-human transmission). There is not enough epidemiological information at this time to determine how easily and sustainably this virus spreads between people. The virus seems to be transmitted mainly via respiratory droplets that people sneeze, cough, or exhale.
B. Is there a treatment for it yet? There is no specific treatment for this disease, so healthcare providers treat the clinical symptoms (e.g. fever, difficulty breathing) of patients. Supportive care (e.g. fluid management, oxygen therapy, etc.) can be highly effective for patients with symptoms.
C. How to avoid getting infected. The virus enters your body via your eyes, nose and/or mouth, so it is important to avoid touching your face with unwashed hands. Washing of hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or cleaning hands with alcohol-based solutions, gels or tissues is recommended in all settings. It is important to note that people who are infected but who do not (yet) have symptoms are not believed to be infectious.

A chair, for instance, can be used to support your squats. Stand over it and lower down until just before your rear touches the seat. You can also use that same chair to work your upper body with tricep-dips, placing your hands behind you on the chair, walking your feet out in front, and slowly bending your elbows to slower down and back up.
If you do want a little weight, a few gallon jugs of water can provide some resistance for squats, lunges, shoulder presses, and other movements, along with providing convenient post-workout hydration. Even if you’re doing a home gym session, though, it’s important to practice good health and recover habits to avoid getting sick or worn out. Wash your hands regularly, and stay hydrated.
